Zoom complaint: Zoom flat out refuses to accept my login credentials and has locked me out of my Zoom account

My complaint:

I just got my laptop computer — yesterday. I made an honest attempt to login to Zoom on my laptop. Zoom did not accept my login credentials, so I reset the password. This did not help either. Zoom totally locked me out for multiple login attempts. But, the problem is obviously on Zoom’s end. Chatbot is completely useless, because it keeps giving me the run around in suggesting that I reset the password again — as if I’m too stupid to figure out how to do that on my own. Why bother resetting my password if Zoom can’t be bothered to accept my login credentials in the first place?

Suggested solution:

First of all you need to unlock my account. Second, if you want to make sure I'm actually using my own account and not trying to hack into someone else's account, why don't you just offer some kind of 2 step verification process in order to be sure that I'm who I say I am instead of locking me out of my own account?
