My complaint:
I had purchased Standard Pro Monthly plan along with Webinar 500 on 25th September. The Invoice number is INV43207112.
Though I had booked for 500 participants in Webinar, but it did not allow more than 100 participants on 25th September.
I tried to contact through Helpline number, but it is not recognizing my meeting number 526 354 3612.
I had to draw a sorry figure from about 450 participants who had registered for my Webinar.
Suggested solution:
Kindly guide me how I can conduct the Webinar ?
