My complaint:

I have been trying to use the virtual background of Zoom for quite some time.but it is not up to the mark with ghost outlines coming. So I went ahead and bought a brand new laptop with Intel Core i5 8th Generation Windows 10 8 GB Ram with 4 core processors.

It is still not working fine.

I did my research and came to know that there is some GPU and a couple of other very technical specs I need to have.

Now I wish to know where in my laptop can I find those specifications so that I can do the needful.

I am really stuck. A virtual background is critical to my profession and my work is getting hampered.

Please help!

P.S. I cannot put up a green screen and hence have to reply only on the virtual background of Zoom.
