My complaint:

Dear Sir,
I have not given zoom any authorisation for subscription payment for August,however since you had my credit card details you have WRONGLY used it therefore i want my subscription money to be paid back,this way you have not only lost me as a client,i will also tweet use social media to shout out about this cheating with me.
Hope you will resolve this issue .
