My complaint:
I have a £14 a month account. Over the last two months they have decided with no authorisation to take £664 extra. I have filed the complaint nearly three weeks ago and am being fobbed off with no resolution or refund.
Suggested solution:
Take my complaint seriously, refund my money, apologise, explain how they came to steal my money and compensate me for my losses.
Yes, they are trying to do the same with me. I got a $14.99 a month subscription, then back in late spring my cc got replaced and they could not charge me for the monthly fee. Now, they suddenly try to collect about $1200 per month, this past two months. They are either totally incompetent or someone is trying to do some crooked stuff. Either way it needs to stop
