My complaint:
Dear Zoom! As a mistake I tought I cancelled my subscription in June, but now, I realised it’s still on. I didn’t use zoom since then.(2-3 months). I would like to ask you to send back my money, and cancel the request for this payment you are requesting. As an accident I thought the basic account menas I no longer have to pay.
Since I haven’t used any of the features.
I would like to ask you kindly, to refund these fees.
