My complaint:

My professor required a zoom meeting last night that is mandatory. I down loaded zoom to my computer 30 minutes prior to meeting time. At 8pm, I logged on for the meeting. 10 minutes into meeting my computer screen went black and I could only hear the meeting. I was not as to ask any questions or interact in meeting. The worse part is that at the end, I was to enter a code in the chat box to prove that I attended the meeting which I was unable to do. So now I am in jeopardy of not graduating in December or being able to take this class due to not entering the code as proof to that I attended this meeting.

Suggested solution:

I am not sure how you can resolve this. There is probably no way you can pull up that I attended the meeting so I can prove I was present. There is a reason all public schools in Tennessee do not permit the use of zoom for online staff meetings. This should not have happened. My computer has never done this before.
