My complaint:

I had purchased a zoom plan for one month on September 30th, 2020 and my account ID is 3009192901. It was in the name of IPCNR. This was only for one month. But today, October 31st I received a notification from my credit card bankers that an amount of Rs.10,974.00 has been debited from my account. I didn’t purchase this and never knew that zoom would automatically renew it without giving a notice to me. I was very clear that the purchase I had done was only for one month. I don’t need it and I have cancelled both my accounts – Pro Subscription and Add-On subscription. Kindly cancel and reimburse the amount into my credit card accounts. Thanks
