My complaint:
I conducted a very important zoom session on 26thof August 2020 at 3:00 P.m til 4:21 p,m, and it should be submitted to my faculty as it is a part of Ph.D requirements, I recorded the meeting and after finishing and converting it I surprised that from 1 hour and 30 minutes, only 5 minutes have been recorded..
Suggested solution:
I need if there is a backup from my meeting because it is very important to me because I have to submit it as an evidence that I got my oral exam
