My complaint:
I cancelled my zoom account late February 2021 can see that you are still requesting payment there is a pending transaction on my account. My bank are aware have been since late Feb tell me that you have tried to navigate the block by present the payment request under a different name eg: Zoom US or Zoom.com
Suggested solution:
Cancel my account , cancel the pending transaction do not request any further payments
