My complaint:
Hello,
I’m Abraham Koney. I tried to upgrade my account from basic to Pro yesterday several time to no avail. I kept getting error messages like ; “ invalid Zippostal code” and “something went wrong with the order”. In the end I couldn’t upgrade my account. I woke up this morning to emails from my bank saying that $ 44.97 had been deducted from my account by zoom. However my account remains a Basic Zoom account.
Suggested solution:
I would like for the moneys deducted to be reimbursed as soon as possible.
