My complaint:

I am so frustrated. I am trying to terminate my account now as this is ridiculous. However I am not receiving their verification codes. Not to my mobile, nor my email. I receive other stupid emails from them but not the one I want to terminate my account. The autobot is stupid. Their response to anything that I have asked has been zero. It’s beyond a joke!
