My complaint:
On 27 Aug20 i purchased pro zoom app monthly 1200 INR,by ani credit card.otp generated for ₹ 1 INR transection.As i entered it suddenly zoom deducted ₹INR15576 WITHOUT OTP.I don’t want this app for year so opted monthly.
Suggested solution:
I request don't gi to for year,on 27 oct20 want to stop it with rest of amount refund
