My complaint:
I had an online lesson for a remote student at 2 pm today.(South African time) There was ONLY ONE student. After about half-an-hour I received an Upgrade message from zoom At 40 minuets we were thrown off the system. This has a happened several times before with just one student.
It points to poor Zoom technology and is highly inconvenient.
Suggested solution:
Explain why this happens and assure me it wont happen again.
