I will be upfront with your technical support chat service. It is absolutely useless in answering my following question. Getting a live technical; support person is impossible. Watching the captioning video does not resolve my issue. Since I am new user and have used Zoom for technical meetings and conferences for several months, I have not been able get captioning at anytime that I am on Zoom. I have had to use Hamilton WebCaptel service get anything but cut me off after a period of time. I currently have the free version of Zoom. I did turn on the captioning features but nothing appears. I am profoundly deaf and depend heavily on captioning for my meetings. Just exactly how I am to get caption on my end or is it only on the other end. I would to get this resolved as I am getting more and more frustrated with inability to connect with a live person. My contact email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
