My complaint:

So, as I was about to be let in the meeting, all of a sudden my screen showed the meeting screen, but I can’t seem to click anything and it was all black. I exited out of the zoom meeting, but tried putting in the ID again. It still didn’t work. I tried restarting my computer, and it still showed the same thing.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I am not sure how they can solve my complaint, but if they can I want to be able to have complete access to at least be in my class's zoom meeting.
