My complaint:

My subscription was renewed on June 18th 2021 without my permission.
I do not need Zoom. I do not use a computer. I have retired.
I have written more than 10 emails to zoom asking fir a refund, which have not been answered.
The invoice was paid with my credit card without my consent.

Suggested solution:

Refund the GBP £243.88 that was taken from my credit card.
Closing my account
Never used my details without my permission
