My complaint:
I have booked zip van on 26th November 2023 from 09:30 to 13:30 and returned before time finished. After 2 weeks I have noticed zip charged me £75 extra against parking violation but the registration of van was different. I have sent them proof I haven’t used this van and secondly the time of issued the penalty 16:20 quite after my returned. But since that day they are not replying and didn’t refund my £75.
Suggested solution:
I would like to refund my money with compensation.
