My complaint:
Zip car over charged me 82.00 toll charges then 84.77 for membership plan but now they are saying I have a over due balance of 62.00 but they took almost 200 doller off my car so they see the charges but they say the have to look over my account and see y they charge me both times for something that I didn’t owe then for so I still can’t rent another car from them because of the over due balance that I shouldn’t have on my account
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back and give me free day for a car rental on them for the inconvenience of me having t wait fr something that they did to me
