My complaint:
The entire storefront/entry is covered in cigarette butts and other debris. Decaying annuals need attention. Generally, an awful mess that speaks to problems with the management of the store. I have tried to address the situation previously.
Suggested solution:
I will visit the site on Friday and if there has been no resolution to the situation I will shop elsewhere. I thought the ZEHRS brand had a better profile. Obviously, there is a serious management problem with this store. It would be interesting to know what exactly is at the root of the problem.
Give me one industrial size broom and the situation would be remedied in 30 minutes.
