My complaint:
Upon entering the store big sign stated strawberries listed at 1.99. Both Canadian and US. Lots of people picking them up at that price of 1.99
Also small bag of macaroons maybe 30 in total listed for .99
During check out I noticed macroons listed at 3.98, asked teller to viod. no problem
When leaving Iooked at my bill and noticed strawberries rung in at 5.99
Went to have it voided/entred back at customer service to find that they are 5.99. When leaving I approached the female manager who was standing at the end of a row with another employee and asked if she was the manager, just a nod, proceeded to explain that the strawberries listed as 1.99 and ringing in at 5.99
Her response was glasping both hands to her face, head turned opposite to me and said it must have expired. Asked her to repeat it and she said they must have expired. At no time did she apologize or make any effort to see and resolve the problem. This is not the first time I have had issues with this female manager. So many customers purchased strawberries because of the sale price then mislead. Please explain what actions will be taken by management to resolve this issue so others are not ripped off.

Simple state how problem will be resolved.
