My complaint:
After waiting a few minutes at the self service a young lady page somebody else for help , when few minutes later another young lady (Taylor) show up all upset because was to busy , that is understandable but they way she talk to me was not , she was rude since this is a second time the same person she had no matters what so ever .
I hope this young lady change the way she talk to people.

Have a talk with this young lady and make her to understand if she nice to people, people will be nice to her.
