Delivery guy refuses to follow customers instruction and is being rude to staff at the reception area,screaming and mocking us of our job, saying that we are useless and were just nothing
His name is daniel and works at LANDMARK ZARA IN AL SHAMAL ROAD.
Suggested solution:
Remove him from the line up
