Z MASTERMINE PTE complaint: This company is a scam

My complaint:

I bought a toy car for my daughter thru this website in November of 2022 and it never arrived. I emailed them and they told me that it shipped already. I told them I never got it.

Suggested solution:

Send me my item or return my money.
