My complaint:
I bought 2 packages from Z Mastermine Pte 5-6 months ago. But they haven’t been delivered yet. I contacted the customer service and they kept on saying that we will ship your package and resolve your issues. And this communication has been going from 5 months, but my issue hasn’t been resolved. I am tired of following them anymore. Please issue me my refund.
