My complaint:
Hello, I have purchased one of your Christmas trees and i have yet to receive it… even though this was ordered last year! I can not afford to lose money and my children are upset we never received it!
On the status of my order, that has been sent to me several times, it says it has been delivered though! To Oldham! No where near me… and i have not taken any delivery. So it is not in transit, it is apparently delivered to Oldham!
I can send you the whole email trial if you would like… this has been going on all year!
I would like a refund if i am not going to receive the product, i am very disappointed!
I would appreciate a response asap.
