My complaint:
Airfryer ordered 26th October 2022, order No. 5T4LU-0XM2479 cost $37.98 still not received. Informed it was sent, delivered by delivered ! Loads of emails sent, some replies all saying it was delivered and I must have sent the wrong address. Emailed again, they said they would track again and send a replacement. Hasn’t turned up !

Apologise and send a replacement or refund my money. I am 80 and cannot afford to lose this amount.
Wasting your time contacting them , only chance of getting your money back is try through your bank , what they do is obviously post something to addresses known to them could be anything an empty box sometimes hundreds of miles from where it should have been delivered, that is o they can send you a tracking number and then you will spend the next three months emailing and chasing your order when they run out of excuses that’s it they won’t even answer your emails. Should be prosecuted it’s blatantly stealing
