My complaint:
Hello there. I received an email tonight about 125 free spins for Yukon gold with a 10,00 deposit. I signed the free spins sign up page and then proceed with the 10 deposit….. I didn’t end up getting the 125 spins and I got ripped off. If I had known I wasn’t going to get the 125 spins I signed up and paid for I would had gone with my favourite casino JackpotCity which had a match offer of 110% match bonus that would had given me 25.00 from my 10 deposit….. I was so upset I started a chat with Yukon gold. My phone wasn’t working well for my messages. I could only get 4 messages on the cue and each service member I talked to said they could offer me a match bonus In turn. I said no I would like the 100 remaining spins please. And then my message cue was to many and I couldn’t send or receive more messages. I then went on my tablet and started a chat again…. the service representative was rude and they told me I didn’t get the spins cause I already claimed the bonus…. I had never claimed this offer before. Then they start telling me I had an account in 2019 which I never had at all. JackpotCity would never treat me like this. They would had easily credited me back what what owed to me. No I am broke and all I wanted to do was spend my last 10.00 in the best offer I could find and relax…… the next lady I talked to was even more rude. I told her I never had any accounts with casino rewards in 2019 and just started using them recently. Also that my emails were hacked last year causing me to even get locked out of my phone by apple as well someone got into my emails and frauds out my bank accounts. Was a huge hassle and I had to wait 3 months to get access to my phone as well as my emails.
The customer service representative then suggested someone must had hacked my accounts and played with my ID….. at that point she said I Would have to email RISKsuport.com. I told her I wanted to play casino tonight and that’s why I used my last 10.00 I don’t want to wait and that the right thing for Yukon gold to do would be to credit me with 100 spins owing. I told her Yukon’s customer service is crappy and jackpot city would had treated me way better.. at that point the lady canceled all my casino rewards accounts on me. So there goes all my loyalty points I could use for free spins as well as any little amounts of money I had remaining on my accounts. Then the lady ended our conversation
