My complaint:

It has been approximately two to three weeks since I won my winnings at Yukon Gold where is when I went to go and withdraw the funds it was pending for quite some time and then finally the pending was then after three weeks they stop pending and said that my withdrawal would be processed into my account no I get an email from their risk management from Casino Rewards eating that my E-Check didn’t go through however I use both E-Check and email transfer deposit into their website at Yukon Gold now they’re refusing to settle the amounts for the E-Check and stating that there are no longer going to give me my funds which I’ve confined completely I’ve seen as I’ve already sent them in all the personal information so don’t you think if the information or the eCheck or something like that had

Suggested solution:

I think that they should settle my amount of the so-called E-Check that they say didn't go through on there and and they should be releasing the remainder
