My complaint:

I have a combined withdrawal request of $275 that I received a Gigadat ation for but never actually received. I received the one before that, and the one after. At approximately the same time when I went in to play after that withdrawal request I was advised that my account was $100 in arrears. They explained that my bank must have reversed a deposit. I paid the arrears, but later checked my banking and there were no ‘reversals’ of any kind. I feel like I got double scammed.
Update: I have received a new ation of withdrawal request for BOTH amounts.
Will update again if I actually receive the funds.

Suggested solution:

At the very least I would like my withdrawal processed. I would also now like an explanation of this “arrears”charge that I paid. And most of all, I would like an accounting of every deposit withdrawal I have made with Yukon Gold.
