My complaint:
I opted in for the promotion and when I made the deposit the promotion was not added. When trying to contact support you speak with a bot thats of no help at all and when you ask to speak to a person they put you in a queue and you never speak to a human. When you send emails they never respond. It’s actually ridiculous!
Suggested solution:
Honor the promotion as advertised. Period
