My complaint:
I deposited $100 and was said I would get 55 free spins on multi charm and they gave it to me. The pop-up says you have been awarded 55. Free spins congratulations but I can’t get rid of the pop-up and I can’t do the spins I’ve talked to six people now and they keep saying oh will let you talk to my supervisor then this person goes off-line and that’s the end of it. Oh they did tell me if I deposit more money they’ll give me a 10% bonus match but I want the first bonus I’ve already deposited 100.
