My complaint:
I have two accounts with Yukon Gold.
The first one signed up with ****@yahoo.ca ID FYGR0533102179 . In this one was impossible to sign in for more than a month.
That robochat wasn’t helpful. I opened a new account under ****@google.com (WRONG E-MAIL ADDRESS- CLOSED) ID FYGRN0006096247..
On August 29 i deposited $20 and they took another $20 without my approval. I let that go and play. I reach about $200 when I decide to withdraw $100.
After that, the rest of the money disappeared from my account. I tried more than 15 times to contact them for correction of e-mail and money without success. . This is the last chance for help. Thank you!
