My complaint:

Im trying to withdraw my winnings 7 full days . They keep saying theres an issue refunding my card which is rubbish because its the same card ive had since i registered. It says 48hrs in account then processed next working day but then theres an issue with my card and its put back in my account in the lobby. Which then starts at zero hrs . Everytime i got on to chat its automated with rhe same answers . Ive had enough

Suggested solution:

Put my withdraw thru now not 3 days later
