My complaint:
James Ian Gillingham the person that uploaded and made the YouTube video, is currently under investigation by the UK Metropolitan Police and is wanted by the Police in UK. He has also similarly defrauded people in Singapore and now his previous company is suing him for fraud.
This video should taken down as he specifically name people that is with this company still and his court case makes this a potential defamation and contempt of court.
