My complaint:
Hello, I am contacting you regarding my email which I lost access to, and intending to recover it. The last time I had a successful login was on 8-1-2024.
On 9-1-2024, suddenly, I was logged out from my email on all my devices, I don’t know why. I know the password, but even though I was asked to verify identity. I am a doctor, I was living in Kuwait, I moved to UK 4 months ago, my Kuwaiti mobile number is still working.
I tried the verification by receiving a code on my mobile number. The recovery mobile number is a Kuwaiti number, but I haven’t received any code. I have tried many many times over many days.
The phone number is active, I am receiving calls and messages, and I ed with the telecom company that no problem with this number. The recover email I lost it also few weeks ago, and was too busy to try to recover it.
I tried the help centre, but actually your agents are not helpful at all, they do not listen to me. They act like robots. that is so frustrating. This email is vitally important for me, I have had it for more than 10 years, I made all registrations using it. I might lose very important and private information if I can’t regain it.
