My complaint:
when I try to sign into mail on my computer it says it cant sign me in right now and to wait an hour before trying again. its been 3 months and I cant sign in still. ill try to sign in once a week which im pretty sure is longer than an hour and it comes up with the same message. I tried calling to resolve this issue as I have all my work and college information on this account and the operator was very nice however he couldn’t help as you have to pay for over the phone support, I cant seem to find any other support and I don’t want to pay for my mail. he said it may be because the account has been deleted from inactivity however I use this mail address on my phone daily so this is not the case.
Suggested solution:
allow over the phone support, for free!! and please just allow me to sign in.
