My complaint:
Upload and download speeds are not what we are paying for. Approximate download speed is between 2.2 and 3.16 Mbps and upload speed is between 130.2 kbps and 0.45 Mbps, taken from 3 different devices (PS4, XBox One, and Speedtest by Ookla. These figures are no where near what we pay for according to the contract, which says Download speed of 10.00 Mbps and Upload speed 1.00 Mbps. The internet connection itself is intermittent at best and non existent at worst and what is more, a babies breath seems to make the connection fail. We have done everything we can by updating the router twice via ourselves and Xplornet with a 2.0 hub. All cables have been renewed and added DSL telephone cables to minimum effect. The internet connection after all of the fixes has been tolerable, but now it is completely unacceptable and leaves us without internet and PHONE which is frankly an unsafe situation. Also you keep putting the prices up for the same inadequate service.
Suggested solution:
By providing the service as per contract and financial compensation for the inadequate service that has been provided.
