Wren Kitchens complaint: Arrogant and Inept

My complaint:

I have had a series of e-mail exchanges with Wren and I cannot get them to address the issue. I have had one of their kitchens installed – very nice. However I was left with many surplus parts which I paid for but were not required. I have sent then pictures as proof that the kitchen was fitted as per the design. Their response is it was not fitted as designed. I have asked them to visit or show me on a plan where the surplus parts are supposed to go. They refuse to engage and say their decision is final.
It is clear that the reason they cannot or will not engage is because they are wrong. Why not admit this unless it is a deliberate policy to ensure customers over order?

Suggested solution:

Admit their error. Refund the additional items which is a relatively small amount of the very large sum i spent with them
