My complaint:

Spoke to a man and he rushed the whole process. Did not want to listen clearly. We asked for white units and he said he will change it on the systems. Next thing you know we get our delivery and it’s not white! He rushed us to sign the contract and get us out of the store because he had other people waiting which is clearly not our problem. Why take on so many appointments in a day if you can’t handle them? So silly. Very disappointed will not be recommending this place to anyone. I don’t wish this situation on anyone.

Suggested solution:

Change our units. But no charge as it is the employees fault and his customer service skills and experience overall. Not satisfied at all.
