My complaint:
On the 12th June, my husband and I attended the Stone House Hotel for sunday lunch, which was bought for us as a gift from a friend. We live a long way from the Hotel, so we bought a room for the night , as it was also a special occasion (Our Wedding Anniversary). On arrival at the hotel we were told that our booking was not down. I had rang the hotel and booked the table. We were informed that they no longer accept woucher deals, and they have told woucher this but woucher are not taking any notice. We remain very confused, why did they book us a table and why are woucher still sending customers to this hotel, when they are no longer accepting these woucher deals.,
Suggested solution:
We would like a refund , or another meal somewhere else. We were left very dissapointed as it was a special occassion, I had to make plans for this trip as I look after my father , I had to bring people in to look after him . I trust this matter will be solved. Thanking you in anticipation.
