Complaint: Money takenpending but payment not acknowledged or delivery ed

My complaint:

I bought 6 single white bed frames yesterday- 28 Nov. 2020, I made multiple payment because the computer keeps saying online that my payment is declined. I called my Bank- HSBC and they ed that it was only one payment of £313 that has been approve by HSBC and it was pending online but Worcher did not by email or any other means acknowledged payment or my purchase, rather Worcher has sent me an email stating that the my transaction of £313 is still waiting for my payment. Today again 29 Nov. 2020 I bought a King size bed for £243 from Worcher and my Bank ed that the payment has been approved by HSBC but still Worcher is yet to payment or ed by email the my purchase and provide a delivery date. Please could you send me an email ing the above 2 purchases and the delivery date for 2 transactions..
