My complaint:

I purchased a deal from Wowcher on 290321 for a night away. I was unable to book specific date and contacted Wowcher for a refund. I was told to provide verification from hotel that the voucher had not been redeemed. I provided this. Since then I have been going around in circles and have raised a complaint. The customer service team just keep sending me different responses such as it was not within 30 days. It was within 30 days as I initially contacted them on 190421. I have requested my complaint be raised to a manager in complaints but the same customer service advisor keeps responding. She does not read my email and gives me a different response each time. It is infuriating me and causing me a great deal of stress.

I want a refund . I was told initially I could have a refund if I provided verification that the voucher had not been redeemed. I also bought a hairdryer which has been recalled and was advised that I could have a credit note for that but I haven't received it. I have spent 3 weeks almost on a daily basis trying to get Wowcher to act with integrity and honour their initial agreement that I would get a refund for the hotel deal. It has caused me so much stress and now I am wanting compensation as well.
