ordered a garden box ,,the product very poor quality and not suitable for the use we intened
Please pick up and return we requested this but nothing happening so far
Also please refund the purchase price to my pay pal account.I do not want refund as a vouchdr

3 years ago - I have tried to phone Wowcher but only a taped message, telling me to go to live chat. So eventually getting through to live chat I got automated chat !!!! Then they put me through to a real person who wrote there was 19 calls in front of me, so I waited to see how long on average a call takes to complete ,that was 4minutes. So that would have been over 1HOUR waiting time and these are the people we spend our money with. This chick will not be spending anymore!
