My complaint:
I was promised a full refund to be payed back into my account where it was taken and 2 lots of postage refunded i have emails to this.The order num was 35668179 and the full refund was for £29.97.Goods were received back to Maywe and they asked for copy of postage which they ed they recieved.I was sent email on 16 sept by maywe saying full amount will be refunded within 10 days it was not.Maywe now say to get refund from wowcher.I have tried this on wowcher chat line but when they run out of answers they CUT YOU OFF
