My complaint:
I purchased a game for my daughter for Christmas, she had seen said game on an episode of Ryan’s World and expressed how much she would love for Santa to bring it for her. When I came across the game on Wowcher, of course I had to purchase it straight away. On placing my order (39752569) on 011121, I was advised delivery would be on or before 111121. Two emails were sent chasing my delivery, especially seen as they stated with a link ‘Track here’ but it took me to the Hermes website and no tracking number was ever provided to me. I received 2 replies to my two emails, the English was very bad and they twice told me to allow an extra 7 days. Anyway, that isn’t the issue here as such, fast forward to today and my order has arrived, the game has in fact come (finally) and with the package being MUCH smaller than expected, on opening I found the game is a mini version. No where near big enough to actually play. I have gone back and taken screen clips of the wowcher item, no where does it state this is a mini version of the game, the pictures on the wowcher of the children playing the game show the full size version of the game also. VERY ANNOYED and DISSAPOINTED. This is misleading, I purchased this item on the basis of receiving what is listed in the description and pictures of the product. Even in the ‘fine print’ there was NO mention of a mini version. Better yet they charged me delivery on top for something that fits in the palm of my hand!
Suggested solution:
Full refund for the cost of the item postage, given I have not been sent the goods which were advertised and I had paid for.
Pictures can be provided of item received and item advertised.
