My complaint:
My husband Charles Pinker has just opened his bank statement to find that on the 27th June the sum of £17.98 and £12.99 were debited to his account as a purchase from Wowcher. We have never received a purchase from the company so why has this money been taken out and what for??? All we have received is an endless bombardment of emails with endless offers which we are not interested in as we want nothing to do with them.
Suggested solution:
An explanation and refund of the above sums immediately and after that no further contact
