My complaint:
i have 2 radiator covers which are to small and i have completed everything i had been asked to do ie contacted the supplier via email which i have done 2 Feb and again 9 Feb. No reply.
I contacted wowcher on the chat app and at first they were good now awful, i was told some one would contact me within 24 hours try 46 on the chat app. then when i replied 11.34on the 9th nothing until 12.46 today 10th saying i am conected to an operator. no reply so have now sent a note saying i am making a complaint.
