My complaint:
I have just been online chatting via WhatsApp to a man called Aaron. Waiste of time.
I ordered ONE firepit. I have been charged for TWO firepits from 2 different companies with 2 different delivery charges. I have received ONE fire pit.
Aaron said I cannot have a refund. REALLY?
I am NOT paying for something I have not ordered or received or the delivery charge for something that has not been delivered.
Its a disgrace that we cannot talk to a human to resolve this matter.
