I’m not impressed by recent orders after buying for years from Wowcher.
My order x 3 for boxes of love hearts, only 2 came so one child got none.
No reason or refund !!
Next I bought 3 upright tower fans in the photos looked like the large tower fans and at the alleged price of £79 had to be special so I ordered 3 of them.
Waited ages then yesterday a tiny tan the size of a hand to elbow of thin flimsy plastic arrived in a squashed inadequate packaging and no mains cable.
I have no computer and only have my phone so I emailed and complained yesterday.
I then asked for the other two to be refunded as I will not pay for photography that takes the size to be a large tall towrr fan especially at the so called price of £79.
I have bought previously the tall tower fans in Argos or online from eBay got £20£30 for a remote control mains one.
This misrepresentation is misleading and I know need

I turned away two this morning with the delivery lady and said I did not want them.
Please can you explain why the service is failing?
I will have to buy from my Amazon prime account rather than Wowcher and if this is the poor service given now.
Plus to complain no direct email so I had to Google.
Please the 4 refunds please?
